Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure seamless operations. As the right-hand person to our MD, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales and purchase invoices, and coordinating with the factory team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer relationships and resolve queries
  2. Handle sales and purchase invoices
  3. Oversee the factory team and coordinate workflows
  4. Provide financial support and handle payroll
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in office management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be familiar with industry-standard software and systems.
