Office Operations Manager

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Profit & Asset Protection Senior leadership team and the wider Profit & Asset Protection department in their day-to-day activities. This includes ensuring that all travel and meeting arrangements are in place, attending meetings, minute taking, and following up actions, as well as maintaining filing systems.
Main Responsibilities- Provide travel support for the Director, SLT and wider teams, booking global travel and accommodation as required, balancing colleague welfare, business cost and risk management.
- Maintain and manage diaries by planning and scheduling meetings, meeting rooms, conference calls and making appropriate arrangements for travel and hospitality.
- Support HR and payroll with managing absence and holiday reports to ensure data is efficiently logged.
