Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they meet customer expectations
- Manage kitchen budgets and maintain stock control to optimize profitability
**Annual Salary Range:** £48,000 - £60,000
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with a passion for culinary innovation and customer satisfaction.
