About the Role:

Dishoom Delivery Kitchen is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to lead our Tandoor or Curry section. This dynamic role offers a chance to showcase your culinary expertise, work collaboratively with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our brand.

Salary: £32,000 per year

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, meeting our rigorous quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Supporting colleagues in receiving orders, managing food wastage, and achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should possess:
  • Significant experience as a Chef de Partie/Tandoor Chef in a reputable kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of Tandoor-based cooking techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaboration in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
