About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chef to join our team at McMullen & Sons Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving our menu to a high standard, maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards, and contributing to a clean and safe kitchen environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive, hands-on approach, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen is essential, although further training and development will be provided in-house and through our Development Kitchen in Hertford.
