Support Workers Required

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Collinson Court.

Shift patterns are 8am - 8pm for day shifts and 8pm - 8am for night shifts.

Support staff will receive training for administering medication to the residents at the service.

Collinson Court provides support for individuals who have autism and complex behaviours. We offer specialist training, including person-centred thinking, behaviour management, speech, signs and symbols/Makaton sign language, and sensory awareness.

Previous experience supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviours is an advantage, as is the ability to show initiative and be proactive within the role.
