Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a smile
  • Assist with product queries and ensure prompt and friendly service
  • Support fellow team members in delivering excellence across the board
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
  • Be adaptable and versatile, wearing multiple hats to meet the needs of the store
What We Offer
  • Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £9.00 per hour for below 18 year olds to £11.88 for those 21 and over
  • 20 hours per week contract
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year, rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
  • Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
