About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at The Marine Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and control stock, inventory, and cash handling to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
