About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our food team at IKEA Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a great customer experience and contributing to the success of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Assist with kitchen duties, including food preparation and stock replenishment.
