About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our food team at IKEA Exeter. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a great customer experience and contributing to a passionate and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving, as well as replenishing stock and engaging with customers.
