At Arks Housing Association Ltd, we have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until 1st April 2026. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of Arks' payroll processing.

You will be the first point of contact for all Arks employees in relation to any aspect of payroll, ensuring timely payment of monthly payroll and expenses while maintaining accurate pay calculations. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will provide excellent service to our staff while adhering to Arks' values – Trust, Respect, Understanding, Equality, and Integrity.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can accurately input data in a timely manner. The post holder should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Additionally, they must be able to gather and analyze information to respond to queries.

As a member of our team, you will receive an extensive induction from someone with expertise in the field, providing you with the necessary knowledge to excel in your role. You will also benefit from working in a hybrid environment, enjoying flexibility in splitting your work week between home and office.

In return for your valuable contribution, Arks offers a competitive salary of £26,031.44 per annum, along with up to 36 days paid holiday pro rata, a 4% contributory pension scheme, and a Cycle to Work Scheme.
