Reservation Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Coordinator to join our team at Novotel Ibis Gate and Ibis Budget. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations received via various channels, ensuring accurate and timely entry of reservation details.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in operations and provide guests with a warm welcome.
  • Confirm reservations with meticulous attention to detail and communicate crucial information to relevant staff members.
  • Drive room sales in line with our brand and hotel policies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
