Service Delivery Specialist

Rullion Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Support Advisor to join their team in supporting Building and Estates Management. This role will involve working with Soft Services contracts to ensure key activities relating to site management and services supplied are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contract project supervision for Grounds services, focusing on building and estate sites. They will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of these critical sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Grounds services to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve service quality
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
