Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our range of medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repair of medical imaging equipment at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout your local region.
- Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in medical imaging, participating in manufacturer training courses and mentoring programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
- Qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline.
- Previous field service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
