Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Monsoon Accessorize. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a successful retail store team, focusing on customer service excellence and sales growth.
- Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Maximize commercial opportunities, including visual merchandising and window displays, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
