About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets
- Support the Retail Manager with recruiting and retaining top talent
- Work with the management team to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coach and develop your team to achieve high performance standards
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively
About You
We are looking for a confident and fun motivator with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will be skilled in coaching and developing a team, and have a fair and inclusive management style.
