Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies, and have the opportunity to progress within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
* Understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies

Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated
* Good negotiation and persuasion skills
