Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team in London - Hammersmith. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team, creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Use the till, take orders, and receive payments
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
  • Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
  • Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
  • Delegate tasks and ensure the team is proactive at all times
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
  • Able to comply with legislation and follow rules and regulations
  • Customer service focused
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
