About the Job

We are recruiting a highly motivated and empathetic Care Team Member to join our care team at Cottenham Court Care Home in Cambridge. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care to our residents.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to provide person-centred care to our residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences. You will also assist with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly with residents and colleagues, and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.

As a Care Team Member with Bupa Global, you can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working patterns, comprehensive induction, and access to discounts at local gyms and fitness facilities.
