About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment where they will support and work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our brand standards and ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Achieves the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
  • Works to brand standards for food and operations with a focus on guest experience.
  • Helps and supports the development of other team members through training and coaching.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including a bonus structure, to reward your hard work and dedication.
