**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at Prestige Central Cambridge Client. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage front of house operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development of the front of house team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
