Sustainability and Compliance Manager

Key Job Components
• Develop and maintain accurate records of our EarthCheck system data, ensuring timely submission to auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable initiatives that reduce our environmental impact and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in sustainability and compliance, informing strategic decision-making and policy development.
• Foster open communication and knowledge-sharing across departments, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, business administration, or public policy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Our Benefits Package
• Annual salary: £60,000 - £70,000
