About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JACK & JONES. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Drive sales by suggesting products, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting our brand.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed effectively.
