About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in store.
- Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for customers to shop.
- Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
- Be part of a team and support colleagues to achieve sales targets and store goals.
