Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all activity relating to the preparation of statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
* Supervise staff and oversee workflow.
* Prepare and review management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
* Prepare financial statements through close partnerships with clients.
* Prepare and review reconciliation of VAT Returns.
* Prepare and review reconciliation of rental accounts.
* Prepare and review tax computations.
* Provide business set up services.
* Ad hoc client queries and problem solving.
* Provide detailed analysis for Partners to review before client meetings.
* Deliver valued input on the financial goals and performance of the business.
* Nurture and coach the junior team.
* Build trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Showcase a thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply new learning to the evolution of services.
* Support Managers and Partners with ad hoc duties as required.
* Business development.

Requirements:
* ACCA, ACA or CA qualified, a finalist or QBE with at least 3 years' previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience of supervising a team.
* Confident and socially outgoing.
* Adaptable, organised and conscientious.
* Resilience.
* Friendly nature and easy to talk to.
* Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
* Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated and highly organised.
