Caregiver for Children with Complex Needs

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and adults with complex needs. This will involve working with individuals who have conditions such as cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and epilepsy, and providing them with the support and care they need to live fulfilling lives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supporting children and adults with complex needs, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs of this client group. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be required to maintain accurate records of the care and support provided.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including holiday pay and a pension scheme. We also provide mileage and holiday pay separately to hourly rates, not hidden.
