Job DescriptionThis part-time role involves supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and attention.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with vulnerable adults. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality at all times.
