Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech & Language Therapist to join our team at Witherslack Group. As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and residential needs of our young people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and be well-versed in therapeutic interventions. You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide individualized support and promote positive outcomes for our students.

About the Role

As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and formulating treatment plans, providing one-to-one therapy sessions, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop personalized learning plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for students with complex communication needs
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to promote speech and language development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop personalized learning plans
  • Support the educational and residential teams to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
