Job Description:

Brook Street NMR has a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their GRO Team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and retrieving information from both manual and computer-based systems.

Daily Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Inputting, verifying, and retrieving information from both manual and computer-based systems.
  • Quality assurance of work within the team, including monitoring productivity.
  • Managing workflow, monitoring work, maintaining or deploying resources as required, while identifying and resolving potential problems.
  • Investigating and following up queries using all available information, systems, or work tools.
  • Working effectively within a fast-paced, multi-tasking team-based environment to achieve team goals and targets.
  • Providing support to other operational colleagues/areas as required.
  • Resolving customer problems fairly and effectively, seeking to improve the customer experience through continuous improvement.
  • Taking responsibility for one's own personal attendance, performance, and development.
  • Demonstrating and promoting HMPO values in all areas of work and adhering to HMPO policies and procedures.
  • Verifying information and quality checking.

Requirements:

  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Flexibility, as the role involves working in different workstreams.
