Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Specialist to join our team at CER Education. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in secondary schools across Sefton.

Our rates of pay are competitive, with daily rates ranging from £140 to £230, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including ongoing free CPD, a dedicated consultant with a wealth of knowledge, and the opportunity to receive a £300 bonus if you have worked for another agency.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of school placements and assignments, allowing you to pick and choose what suits you best. You will also have access to our 'Recommend A Friend Scheme', which offers the opportunity to earn up to £250 per referral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in secondary schools
  • Deliver lessons and activities that meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to achieve educational goals
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
