Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert enquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Maintain a strong rapport with customers through regular communication and feedback
  • Prepare pre-trip information and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through supplier relationships and market research
  • Ensure the company's values and standards are consistently demonstrated
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong proven sales experience in the travel industry
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Organised and disciplined approach to managing workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
