Key Responsibilities:
- Converting enquiries via phone, email, and social media to meet company targets
- Maintaining rapport with potential and existing clients by managing customer database for returning customers and customer feedback forms
- Preparing pre-trip information
- Proactively looking for new suppliers or lodges to work with to expand our ever-growing portfolio
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- To ensure the company's values are consistently demonstrated
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong proven sales experience
- Strong computer skills
- An organised and disciplined attitude towards managing workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Highly organised
- Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- A passion for travel
- Confident with a positive attitude
- Experience of working within the travel industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience and knowledge within the fishing/shooting industry is desirable but not essential
