Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting enquiries via phone, email, and social media to meet company targets
  • Maintaining rapport with potential and existing clients by managing customer database for returning customers and customer feedback forms
  • Preparing pre-trip information
  • Proactively looking for new suppliers or lodges to work with to expand our ever-growing portfolio
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • To ensure the company's values are consistently demonstrated

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong proven sales experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • An organised and disciplined attitude towards managing workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised
  • Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
  • A passion for travel
  • Confident with a positive attitude
  • Experience of working within the travel industry is desirable but not essential
  • Experience and knowledge within the fishing/shooting industry is desirable but not essential
