Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert enquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Maintain a strong customer database and manage customer feedback
  • Prepare pre-trip information and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through supplier relationships and portfolio expansion
  • Ensure company values are consistently demonstrated in all interactions
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong proven sales experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Organised and disciplined approach to managing workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Passion for travel and customer service
