Dynamic Team Leader for Young People

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group, supporting young people with complex needs in the Warrington, Runcorn region.
About the RoleAs a Senior Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a stable and welcoming environment where our young people can thrive. You will be responsible for leading shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager when required, and ensuring that individual care plans are implemented effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a genuine passion for working with children and young people. You will also have the ability to read situations and help our young people make positive choices.
Key Responsibilities- Leading shifts and deputising for the Registered Manager as needed
- Communicating with the on-site team to ensure effective implementation of individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate written records to enable regular monitoring and evaluation
- Providing support and care to the young people in our services
- Encouraging our young people in their preparation for education or engagement in current schooling
- Traveling with our young people to and from school or college
- A full UK driving licence
- The desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- DBS and reference checking in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice
