NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Area Administrator to join our team in the West Area Office. As an Area Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth running of the office and work within the Business Support Team to provide administrative support to the Head of Services (West).

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, flexibility, and a positive approach. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Services (West) and will work closely with the Business Support Team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The role will involve working across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Arran, East Renfrewshire, Forth Valley, Lanarkshire, and the Western Isles. The successful candidate will be based in Glasgow with hybrid working (weekly attendance in the office) and may be required to travel across the West Area on occasion.
