We require a skilled Building Surveyor to support our team in delivering planned maintenance contracts and major works projects for social housing providers in South West London. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2025. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities of the role include coordinating with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also contribute to the development of strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The salary for this role is estimated at approximately £45k per annum, taking into account the specific requirements of the position and the current market conditions.
