Coordinating Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Social Housing repairs and voids, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The salary for this role is £35,289, and we offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working and flexible working days.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing key performance indicator targets and preparing data reports
- Collaborating with stakeholders, colleagues and client teams to meet targets and manage expectations
- Ensuring the accurate recording of job-related information and documentation within management systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Social Housing repairs and voids
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
