About the role:

As a Senior IT Support Technician at Proman, you'll be at the heart of our technology operations. You'll manage technical escalations, oversee IT assets, and ensure our data remains secure and private. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our strategic goals and maintaining seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Design, install, and maintain cutting-edge IT infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Technical Support Escalations: Be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, providing top-notch support for software and hardware components.
  • Asset Management: Keep our IT assets in check, from hardware and software to licenses, ensuring everything is up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Safeguard our systems and data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant IT courses (e.g., Level 2 Certificate in ICT Systems Support, Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence) and ITSM or ITIL Foundation V3 and above.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical support, with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience/exposure to Azure cloud technology such as Intune, Azure Virtual Machines and/or Azure managed instances.
