About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Skills Instructor to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a Digital Skills Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Applications and other digital skills to adult learners in Birmingham. You will work under the guidance of Programme Managers and the Head of Faculty, collaborating closely with the team to develop and refine a dynamic curriculum that aligns with local requirements.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering Microsoft Applications, including Basic Digital Skills, Essential Digital Skills, and International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Levels 2 and 3. They will also have expertise in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, and Bookkeeping (AAT) Level 1, 2 & 3. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, as well as supporting the development of the programme in specified areas.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, learner-centred teaching, learning, and assessment. Additionally, there are opportunities for internal quality assurance work for the specified qualifications.
