We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic sales team at beBee Professionals in Basildon, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Team Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management and conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • A proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience, with benefits including a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, pension scheme, healthcare benefits, opportunities for career advancement, flexible working arrangements, and employee discounts.
