Business Development Manager

OEC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- B2B Sales is the primary focus of this role – planning, managing, and implementing sales activities.
- Promote and communicate manufacturer promotions.
- Identify new customers and develop relationships with existing ones.
- Prepare and use sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in parts sales, and have a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
- A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while delivering the highest level of customer service.
- The ability to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
