As a seasoned Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the People function on our journey of growth and vision to become the UK's best hospitality company. You will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Board, acting as secretary to the Remuneration Committee, and interfacing with colleagues at all levels.

About the Role:
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our long-term growth plans. Lead and mentor the HR Leadership Teams across the group and divisions, deliver high-quality professional services, and business partnering aligned with our Values and priorities. Provide values-based leadership, supporting organizational effectiveness, accountability, and diversity, equity & inclusion, with regular reporting to the board to drive outcomes aligned to our Strategic Pillars.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our long-term growth plans.
2. Lead and mentor the HR Leadership Teams across the group and divisions, deliver high-quality professional services, and business partnering aligned with our Values and priorities.
3. Provide values-based leadership, supporting organizational effectiveness, accountability, and diversity, equity & inclusion, with regular reporting to the board to drive outcomes aligned to our Strategic Pillars.
4. Advise on people challenges, manage organizational change sensitively, and support complex areas including employee relations, employment tribunals, and succession planning to ensure sustainability and growth.
5. Lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring we are positioned to attract and retain top talent, and foster a development culture at all levels.
6. Enhance our position as an employer of choice through a compelling Employee Value Proposition and engagement initiatives.
7. Build performance systems, tools, and metrics to provide data-driven insights in people decisions.
8. Lead the design and implementation of HR transformation initiatives to align with organizational objectives driving our strategic agenda.
9. Drive the adoption of digital HR solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies to future-proof HR operations.
10. Act as HR Representative for the company internally and externally, managing all third-party relationships (Employment Law, Occupational Health, Engagement, Development, etc.).

Requirements:
A proven track record of delivering a 'cultural shift' is essential, as well as independent thinking to define how the strategy can be delivered in practice. Skilled in managing operational priorities, navigating complexity, overseeing budgets, and analyzing data to support strategic decisions. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels, leveraging listening, influencing, and coaching skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
