Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager at Venn Group, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of services, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and development of specialty service plans aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business and strategic plans, securing necessary resources for project completion and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Divisional Director to negotiate service level agreements within the corporate framework.
  • Produce business cases for service developments, considering activity, income projections, and appropriate service models.
  • Implement and develop service and business unit policies, ensuring compliance with financial processes and deadlines.
  • Manage and coordinate administration processes to monitor performance and achieve access and activity targets.
  • Collect and analyze data for continuous performance measurement, highlighting areas of over/under performance and taking corrective action.
  • Ensure rotas and on-call arrangements are in place to manage directorate services 24/7.
  • Deliver financial key performance indicators and forecast outturn with delegated responsibility.

Develop and maintain project plans to deliver productivity and efficiency targets, ensuring the directorate's services are delivered to the highest standard.
