We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team, based at our site in Aldermaston. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Safety Engineer with expertise in electrical systems to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure across our sites. This includes developing and implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free onsite parking and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and install electrical infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor electrical system installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, safety management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to safety-related problems
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders
