Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys to assess the condition and value of properties.
  • Thoroughly inspecting properties to identify potential issues and estimate value.
  • Preparing comprehensive and accurate survey reports that meet the highest standards.
  • Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Staying informed about property trends and regulations to ensure you are always up-to-date.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience completing Level 2 and Level 3 Homebuyer Surveys.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to various locations.
