Nursery Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable nursery in London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Provide one-on-one support and personalized help to students who require additional assistance, promoting a culture of inclusivity and empathy.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to implement effective learning strategies and support plans, ensuring a seamless and supportive learning environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting understanding and respect among students and staff.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is essential.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support the needs of others.
  • Experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • SEN experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
