Nursery Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team in a long-term supply role. As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom activities and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support and offer personalized help to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with other staff members to implement effective learning strategies and support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting understanding and empathy among students and staff.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support the needs of others.
  • Experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant is essential.
  • SEN experience is desirable.
