Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and development.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective learning strategies and support plans, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster a sense of community and promote understanding and empathy among students and staff.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field is essential.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support the needs of others.
  • Experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant is essential.
  • SEN experience is desirable.
