Nursery Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at a nursery in London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of engaging lessons and providing personalized support to students who require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering effective learning strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one support and offer tailored help to students who need extra assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with other staff members to implement effective learning plans and support strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting understanding and empathy among students and staff.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support the needs of others.
  • Experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant is essential.
  • SEN experience is desirable.
