Job Summary:

Quartzelec is seeking an experienced Apprentice Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This role will involve supporting the business unit in various administrative tasks, including payroll and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and report information to assist in payroll and financial activities.
  • Support the project management team with debt monitoring, customer and supplier setup, and month-end activities.
  • Manage lease vehicles, including company cars, commercial vans, and fuel cards.
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Ensure personnel documentation, including visas and medicals, is up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

A salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum is offered for this apprenticeship, dependent on experience.
